I am listed on the following insurance plans:

• TriCare

• Custom Design Benefits

I would be considered out-of-network for all other insurance plans. Many insurance policies will still reimburse for out-of-network services. I create monthly “SuperBills” for clients, so that they can submit claims to their insurance company. I also accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover and HSA (Health Savings Account) as self-pay options. Medicare will not accept any claims for my counseling services.
